Developed in conjunction with the Penrith Panthers Rugby League Club, Pullman Sydney Penrith has developed an Elite Fitness Centre, designed to facilitate all guests from beginners to professional athletes.

The Fitness Centre features Peloton Bikes, Olympic Lifting Platform and Squat Rack, Cardiovascular Exercise Equipment and Weight Machines along with a wide range of Free Weights and Kettle Bells.

In addition to the Fitness Centre, guests of Pullman Sydney Penrith can also enjoy a Traditional Cedar Wood Sauna.
